Welcome to Meme4Reply. By downloading, installing, or using the Meme4Reply app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Meme4Reply is a video meme library app that allows users to create, save, organize, and share short video clips as replies in conversations. The App includes a public feed where users can discover memes shared by other users, as well as an iMessage extension for sending memes directly within conversations.
You must be at least 9 years old to use Meme4Reply. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Meme4Reply uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to access the information provided through your Apple ID (such as your name and email address) as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID credentials.
You retain ownership of the video content you create and upload to Meme4Reply. By making content public on the App, you grant Meme4Reply a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make your content available to other users within the App.

Meme4Reply includes content moderation features to maintain a safe environment. Users can report inappropriate content, and our moderation team reviews reports and may take action including removing content or suspending accounts. Abuse of the reporting system is also a violation of these Terms.

The Meme4Reply app, including its design, logos, and functionality, is the property of The Computer Genies and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components without our written permission.
Meme4Reply uses Apple CloudKit to store and sync your meme collections across your devices. Your data is associated with your iCloud account and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions for iCloud services. We also store public memes and user interactions in our cloud infrastructure to power the public feed and social features.
You may delete your account at any time through the App by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. When you delete your account, all of your data will be permanently removed, including your memes, profile information, likes, and collections. This action cannot be undone.
Meme4Reply is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Computer Genies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
